| The ever growing demand on our global resources has created a need for improving the performance of today's polymers and their applications. As a supplier to the world, Amfine is well aware of your need for cost / performance alternatives for environmental friendly products.
Amfine Chemical Corporation was incorporated in March of 1994 by Asahi Denka Kogyo, Mitsubishi Corporation and Mitsubishi International Corporation, for the purpose of better servicing growing North and South American markets. In order to provide the ''just in time'' service required by today's growing plastics manufacturing companies, Amfine has established a sales and technical marketing office in Upper Saddle River, NJ and a plant in Hopkinville, KY, serving the NAFTA region.
The award-winning Kentucky plant produces numerous types of advanced plastic additives as well as PVC Stabilizers, mainly for North and South American consumption. Combined annual plant capacity is approximately 1,100 metric tons or 2,400,000 pounds. The ISO 9002 certified Amfine Kentucky plant is a shining example of Asahi Denka's technology and earned the 2001 National Design-Build Award of Excellence in the "Best
Project-Industrial / Process Sector" by the Design-Build Institute of America.
The Amfine staff in the USA is backed by the efforts of hundreds of dedicated researchers and technical personnel around the world. The products presented in this brochure represent our best efforts today, with many more to come tomorrow.
